Why Grassy Ridge?

A few years ago, we discovered how good fresh, small batch coffee is. This coffee was always roasted within a week of when we picked it up. That roaster moved on and left us searching for great coffee. We tried the grocery store but the coffee on the shelves is months past the roast date. We tried coffee shops but it is not convenient and typically lacks variety. So, we started roasting our own!

Moving forward to today, we are now roasting and shipping coffee every 2 weeks to give you the best cup possible. We ethically find the best beans we can and ship your coffee within 48 hours of roasting.
